Agata Store will not be liable for damage to the products after delivery to the carrier responsible for transporting and delays in delivery.


RETURNS


The return procedure can be done by contacting the company by mail. The customer will receive a form Returns to be complete in all its parts.

Subsequently, the request will be evaluated by one of our representatives who will contact the customer again to agree on how to return.

If the damaged goods are covered by warranty, the customer must return the material in its original packaging and complete with all its equipment. It is important to protect the original packaging so that it is not further damaged during transport.

The materials returned in an unsuitable manner will not be reimbursed.
