Why do I have to register?

How to make an order on Agata Store?

The purchase requires a series of steps:

- Register as a customer

- Approval by an administrator

- Run the loggin

- Browse the site and choose the products

- At the end of shopping go to the cart

- Proceed with the purchase.

Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs for Italy are set at € 10 including VAT. For other countries, the costs are based on the weight and geographical area according to the DHL table.

If the customer instead prefers to use his courier must tick when ordering the item "pick up at the office with your courier". In this case no additional charges will be applied.

Terms of payment?

At the moment the only accepted method of payment is the advance bank transfer.
